My room was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, desk area, dressers, and a table. The TV swiveled so I could watch from different spots, there were lots of channels, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the mattress was comfortable. I was on the top floor, which was nice and likely quieter. I was also allowed to check in early, giving me time to settle before dinner. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They gave me a bottle of water, but not one of the welcome bags I saw ready, which seemed odd since I’m Titanium. There are two elevators, an exercise room, an outdoor pool, and guest laundry. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room, with washable plates and silverware and a good selection: waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, cereal, and bread. The first morning, a friendly staff member helped me find things and even gave me a remote for the dining area TV. The second morning, that same staff didn’t greet guests and were arguing nearby. The shower pressure could have been better, the HVAC only allowed a limited temperature range, and I didn’t care for the pillows.

The hotel looked beautiful, and mobile check-in was seamless. Breakfast was decent too. Still, I found odd stains on my towel and lots of mold on the shower curtain, so it didn’t feel very sanitary.

The room was great, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Everyone on staff I met during my one-night stay was extremely nice and helpful.

The front desk clerk was nice, but several other guests seemed to have problems that weren’t getting resolved. I chose this location for its proximity to my morning meeting. Jimmy John's was the only nearby food option at the time. I often stay at Marriott and Residence Inn, and wouldn’t come back unless I needed to be near the hospital.

There were lots of breakfast options, the rooms were kept clean, and the amenities were there to make us comfortable. The location was great too. I’d stay again.
