They called asking for another card on file after my bank declined the charge, which I suspect was a fraud alert. I was at work and couldn’t get to my cards, and while I was still explaining that, the woman said they’d put me on the do not rent list and hung up. Terrible service. I won’t stay with this company anyway. Marriott wouldn’t have treated me that way.

The location was good and the room was inexpensive, but it was a lot dirtier than I expected. The carpet had a stale, dirty smell that lingered on my clothes. I couldn’t tell whether it came from the visibly dirty floors or the AC unit, which smelled bad too. Some parts of the floor were so stained that we laid towels over them. I left feeling like I needed a shower.

The staff were always friendly and ready to help, and my room was clean and well cared for. I had a great stay at the Sleep Inn Hotel.

The free breakfast was the usual sort, but there was plenty of it. It’s an older place, kept clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. For the price, I’d stay again.

The rooms and the rest of the facility were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were the best, so friendly, and gave me useful tips about local attractions.
