We checked in around 8:30 on 12/27 and left by 10:30. The bed felt uncomfortable because of the plastic and how firm it was, and the linens had burn holes. Cigarette smoke and marijuana smells lingered outside, in the lobby, and in the hallways, and got into our room. We decided to stay with family so we could rest before driving home. We come to greenville every other weekend, but we won’t stay here again.

I’m always hoping for a good experience, and the two men who helped me check in were in good spirits and went out of their way to help me get my tools from my truck. I hadn’t expected that. Thanks to those guys. Kindness is free, though we don’t always choose to show it.

Omg, this place was horrible. I’m a travel nurse and was exhausted, just wanted some rest. The sheets were dingy, there was a huge burn mark on the sink, dirt on the walls, cabinets with no doors, and bugs. I checked in, went to the room, and left after only 10 minutes. I asked for my money back, but they wouldn’t return the $254. It was so awful.

My family and I are trying to find permanent housing, and the support we’ve received from WoodSpring has meant a lot. We were worried we might not be able to stay after an unexpected issue came up on a day housekeeping was scheduled. We hadn’t been told the exact arrival time, and we were getting ready, which led to some tension. My husband had just received devastating health news and became upset, though it wasn’t because of housekeeping itself. His behavior wasn’t okay, but management and staff handled the situation with patience and professionalism. They showed compassion and worked with us during a difficult time. I’m sincerely grateful for their understanding and generosity.

Brie, the manager on duty, has been a dream. She’s so helpful and hospitable.
