Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis South – Greenwood

I've stayed here plenty of times, and this visit was fantastic too. The fresh, hot breakfast was delicious, and the staff are still top shelf. My king suite upgrade was really nice, with a roomy, cozy space, a comfortable bed, and a couch I liked as well. There was ample room to film another episode for my YouTube channel An Independent Perspective. Walmart is literally right next door, which makes shopping super convenient. I absolutely recommend this location. 👌🏼

I was happy to find full sized Dove products by both the shower and sink, and the coffee maker was a nice touch. The room itself was beautiful and very clean, with a mattress and pillows that felt just right. My only complaint was the toilet seat, which looked worn enough for the dark fiberglass resin underneath to show through the paint. Still, I'd definitely stay again.

We had a lovely family evening swimming and having a hotel picnic, and the hotel was accommodating when I called ahead to ask if my Son and grandchildren could come swim. Jay at the front desk had also been kind, courteous, and very helpful sorting out my Priceline Reservation. Because of my disabilities, I had requested a room near a door, and mine was within 20 feet of an exterior door. When cold air came in around the window, Dennis fixed the window and heater right away after I told Jay. The lobby is nicely decorated, with a meeting room and breakfast area beside it, plus a fitness room and office space. It has what a leisure or business traveler might need.

The bed was incredibly comfortable for resting and recuperating, and the breakfast was sensational. Front desk service was amazing too. With a gym and pool on site, this hotel and its staff get top marks from me.
