The staff were friendly, and there were plenty of towels by the indoor pool. Our room was huge, super clean, and had a kitchen, a corner sofa, a big TV, and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty standard but included. Rivers Casino and several breweries, bars, and restaurants are just a short walk away.

I've traveled for work a lot and never had service like this. The rooms were immaculate, and the whole stay felt hospitable and family-style, from check-in to checkout. Nas really stood out. For two weeks, he came in at 4 a.m. to make breakfast for me and my staff since we left at 5 and missed the 6 a.m. breakfast. He did it without complaint and gave us amazing service. Thanks to Nas and the entire staff for making us feel welcome.

Everything was great at this brand-new place. It's right by the river, with lots of food and shopping nearby, along with the rivers casino.

I was looking for a last-minute weekend escape from home and hadn't realized this brand-new hotel had opened on Wednesday. Booking was quick and easy. Zakiyah and Evelyn on the night crew did a great job taking care of everything I needed.

Over my two weeks here, the whole team made us feel at home. Henry greeted us warmly every day and pointed us toward nearby activities. In all my years staying in hotels, I've never experienced service this good. Nas and Zakarie from the kitchen went above and beyond for my friends and family, and everyone made the place feel warm and welcoming, like we were part of the Hyatt family. Thank you all for making the stay so great.
