Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenwood Mall by IHG

The breakfast is better than any I've had at another Holiday Inn. They had egg white vegetable omelets, whole wheat english muffins, Fat Free milk, and a large dining area with a couple of private booths, each with its own TV. The beds are very comfortable too, with two firm pillows and two soft ones. Since the hotel is off the highway, there was no road noise. The place is exceptionally clean and looks remodeled, and the staff are very friendly.

Conveniently located, with several stores just minutes away. The rooms were extremely clean and well stocked, the pool was very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious. The friendly staff went above and beyond. When we asked for extra towels, the desk said to come down and get them. I didn't come down right away, so about 10 minutes later they brought them straight to my room. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable hotel with amenities.

The laundry facility was a handy extra for a longer stay, and the breakfast was fine, nothing special but good enough to start the day. The only thing I didn't like in the room was the pillow, which wasn't very comfortable. The room itself was spacious and spotless, with a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. The location is convenient for shops and restaurants. The hotel and rooms are impressively clean, and you can see the cleaners working in the lobby. Staff service was excellent. Holiday Inn hotels have never disappointed me, and Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Greenwood was no exception. It was well maintained, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The pool is lovely and clean, and the breakfast area has a nice atmosphere and is well decorated. Breakfast servers were amazing. The beds and pillows are phenomenal, and the hotel is beautiful and clean. Ms. Catherine, Mr. King, Quinn, and Janae at the desk, along with housekeepers Ashley, Ashton, Roxy, and the others, were all really nice and efficient. The staff is wonderful.
