The Jeffreys Hotel Extended Stay

We didn't feel safe staying there, and the owner refused to refund us. She said she didn't care if we left, but there'd be no refund. The building looked completely trashed from the outside, with dirt and things falling apart, and people around it drinking and smoking who looked homeless and unsafe. At the front desk, the girl said she couldn't check us in and told us to call a number. We waited on hold for five minutes, then got disconnected. The girl called the owner on speaker, and the owner had a bad attitude and was rude, not realizing we could hear her. She tried to charge more than we were quoted. When I pointed that out, she started screaming at me. The whole thing was a total nightmare, starting as soon as we pulled up. I want to warn people that this didn't feel like a safe place to stay.

We had a small issue with the fridge and A/C after checking in, but maintenance promptly installed brand new units. They were courteous and reassuring, and told us to put in another service call if anything else came up. The owner and GM are very polite and respectful, busy ladies. Thanks again!

The owners are friendly and understanding, and the management is fantastic. He goes above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable.
