Quality Inn

Roaches in the room made me check out at 1:30am, even though I'd paid for another night. After showering, I noticed the towels were dingy and off white, then lay down and saw a roach on the ceiling. I tried to kill it, but found several more between the wall and headboard. I was disgusted. When I returned the next day for a refund, the man told me I couldn't get my money back for the whole stay. The manager said he knew about the roaches, but still wouldn't refund me. I was beyond angry and plan to call the health department in the morning. This place should be shut down.

I came to the Quality Inn after getting a refund from the sunrise inn because of bugs. I checked the bed, and there they were when I flipped back the sheet, bed bugs waiting to bite me. The Baymont seems to be the only cheap place in town without bugs.

The carpet was soaked, there wasn't hot water, and I saw roaches. The walls had been patched, but cracks were still there. Guess you get what you pay for, lol. Never again.

We walked into a dirty, overpriced room with tons of cockroaches on the nightstand. The more we killed, the more kept coming. I thought the room had potential, but I was very wrong. The smoke detector was broken, which is highly ILLEGAL!! That one night felt like a never ending nightmare. Management didn't seem to care about the cockroach issue, which could be solved by calling pest control. They seem too cheap to fix it. Nobody should have to experience this, and at this point I'd rather sleep in my car. Avoid this place and don't give them any business.
