Four Points By Sheraton Portland East

The night shift woman was really nice, but the morning manager wasn't. We also found out on arrival that they haven't had the bar they advertise for five years. The restaurant is there, but it won't let you take food away, and the hot tub water only got warm, nowhere near hot.

The wall heaters sounded like a generator, and the bed in my room wasn't comfortable. But the worst part was the billing. I stayed four nights and was charged twice the amount I owed. On checkout day they put through the other charge without asking me. I called to dispute it, and they corrected it to the wrong amount again. When I called back, the receptionist on 01/13/2026 at 5:40pm was incredibly rude. I think she was the manager, or at least someone senior, though I'm not sure. As I tried to explain what needed fixing, she said, 'Listen I know what I'm saying and I'll hang up on you.' I've never heard someone be so rude. I hung up and am waiting for the transaction to clear so I can dispute it through my bank, which takes a long time.

We paid for an executive suite and didn't get one because of 'maintenance.' The fitness center was unavailable for the same reason. They advertise a bar/lounge and restaurant, but neither is there. Elmers is next door and shares the parking lot, but that's it. Even the key cards have craft beer photos, and there are big signs about local craft beer, so the advertising is still all over the place when you arrive.

The staff are really nice, but why is pop music blasting through the hallway speakers 24/7? It's 3am and I can hear Katy Perry full volume in my room. Please make it stop 🙏🙏
