The lobby was a nice surprise, with lots of spots to sit and read or get some work done. Breakfast is still hotel breakfast, but it was the best we’ve had on this trip, with plenty of seating and lots of snacks and food for sale. The rooms were quiet and dark, and the beds were comfortable. Everything looked fresh and clean. I kept seeing staff cleaning or restocking, and they were friendly, too. There’s plenty of parking. The location is close to everything but tucked away enough to feel quiet and safe.

I chose this hotel partly because of the reviews and partly because it was a bit secluded, which made me feel better about leaving my fully loaded car in the lot. I was on a road trip from Denver to Toronto, and there were no problems at all. Check-in was prompt and the staff were friendly. The area felt safe and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast was basic. My only complaint is that the hot water for tea tasted so much like coffee that I couldn’t drink it. I know things like that happen. Otherwise, a great stay.

We wanted somewhere for relatives from in town and out of town to gather the night before a funeral, share food and drinks, and catch up. When Robie, General Manager, heard about it, she invited us to use the main lobby and breakfast area. She and the staff were welcoming and very accommodating. All 25 adult cousins and their spouses were able to meet there for a wonderful evening, and the space worked perfectly. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and everyone was so friendly. Thank you for helping us make a happy memory during a sad time. We’ll definitely recommend the hotel to our out-of-town guests.

Everything was clean and well managed, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A youth basketball tournament was happening in town, and around 10pm one group of children thought it was funny to “ding dong ditch” rooms. We weren’t part of the tournament visitors. We saw staff rushing around the hotel trying to respond to all the disturbances, and we were grateful they got the group under control. They saved us from a long night with our toddler woken up.
