Best Western Olympic Inn

The hotel was just the right size for our family reunion, and it was easy to find each other, which matters with lots of kids. The place was definitely family friendly, and the pool was perfect for them. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We arranged all our meals together, buffet style. The food was good, the line moved quickly, and our waiter, Greg, was awesome. It was just perfect. Can't wait to come back next year.

We were there for four nights over the last weekend June 2017. Everything was clean, the room was very nice, and the bed was really comfortable. The hot buffet breakfast in the dining room was good, though it was the same every day. They could change up the eggs or offer a fresh fruit bowl, but I have no complaints at all. There’s an indoor pool and hot tub, and people were always using them. Rt 12 is down the road from Navy base, everything was nearby, and Mystic was about a 10 minute drive. We’ve stayed in Mystic Seaport before and found this hotel nicer. We have to return in a few months and will stay here again.

The unlimited breakfast buffet was hot and scrumptious, 10/10. We’d go again. We checked in around 9 PM, and the young man at the desk greeted us warmly, let us pick the level for our room, and gave us vouchers for the free breakfast buffet. We spent the last available time in the luxurious hot tub before bed. The hallways were clean and quiet. Our room was a bit cold at first, but it warmed up and became a cozy little space for the two nights we stayed.

The free shuttle to the casino was a great service and meant we didn’t have to worry about transportation. The rooms were very clean and updated, and the front desk was helpful when needed. We were very pleased, especially for the price, and would recommend it to a friend. I’d stay again if the chance comes up.
