The pool was closed, and breakfast was just cold cereal, toast, and juice. There was someone else’s receipt on the floor, the shampoo products had been used, and the sink and tub drains were slow. The toilet handle wasn’t installed properly either. You also have to ask to get your towels replaced.

There was no pool or Wi-Fi during the week we stayed, and for the price it wasn’t worth it. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly: belongings from previous guests were in the drawers, the bed had stains, there was hair in the shower, and the soap had already been opened. Security was a joke too. They had cameras, but only one looked like it worked, and the outside doors said a card was needed but opened for anyone.

While we were trying to get back into our room, another guest came looking for staff because they had roaches too. We saw roaches crawling on the floor in our room, so we packed up and left. Earlier, we’d checked in and found a broken toilet seat, then returned from a wedding to a key that didn’t work. None of the exterior doors needed a key, so the place wasn’t secure. There was nobody at the front desk at 11 p.m. We waited, called the hotel number and got nothing but ringing, contacted Choice/Radisson customer support, and called the police. An hour later, a woman came down from one of the rooms, apparently after going to sleep instead of working. She gave us attitude for complaining about the wait. I’ve never had a hotel experience this awful. Don’t stay here; sleep in your car if every other hotel is booked.

The good thing is that it’s right across from the Grove City Outlets, and our room was clean. The rest was pretty basic: there was no extra toilet paper, the phone didn’t work, and the vending machines were out of order. The outside door to the rooms wasn’t locked, so anyone could enter without a key card. The front desk person replaced the TV remote when it didn’t work. Breakfast was as basic as it gets, with no protein and an almost empty fruit bowl.
