We’ve had to stay in different hotels because of our temporary situation, and this one has been the best. My husband and I have stayed here the last two weekends. The first time, we booked really late and arrived close to 1 a.m. The owner knew we were coming and stayed awake for us. Our room was beautiful, and the bed was really comfortable. We’ve had two different rooms, and neither smelled, though I’ve seen people complain about odors. I felt safe the whole time, and the owner was very sweet and treated us so well. He didn’t even charge a deposit. The hotel across the street is the horrible one, Motel 6 in Pismo is awful. Whenever we need a room, I’ll keep staying here. Thank you for being kind to us during this hard time in our lives.

My friends and I usually book here because of the price and location. A room with one bed is generally $50 to $75, and the beach is within a few miles. It’s definitely not a luxury motel, but you get what you pay for. For a room near the beach, it’s a good choice.

It felt like coming home. The owners did so much to make sure we were comfortable, and the service and cleanliness were superb. It’s close to restaurants but far enough from the tourist crowds, which was a delightful surprise. The price was budget-friendly even during peak beach season. I’ll come back every time as long as the owners still own it.

The view of the sea from the western rooms is almost completely blocked by the new Condos. Still, this family-owned business is an affordable, sensible place to stay when visiting the Pismo Beach area and nearby places. Excellent Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you don’t need a car to get meals. The shore is less than a mile away on foot. It’s a good budget-friendly place.
