Relax Inn Guin

At check-in there was broken glass all over the floor, and they wouldn’t move me to another room. The air conditioner and Wi-Fi weren’t working either. Service was unbelievably rude and they didn’t want to help with anything. Horrible place to stay. I’ll never consider coming back.

We got the king bed we asked for, and the sheets and towels looked clean. There was plenty of soap, hot and cold running water, and handy outlets for charging devices. But the chair in the room was nasty, like it had been set on fire. The bed was uncomfortable, especially with back, neck, or spinal cord issues, and the pillows were no good either. If you need somewhere cheap, this is a place to stay...

The check-in was easy, and the woman at the desk was super nice and cheerful. Everything else was fantastic too, but the roaches all over the room are a deal breaker. We would have stayed here many more times when delivering or picking up at tiffin motorhomes, and this would no doubt have been our preferred hotel. But they have a bug problem. Getting rid of roaches is extremely easy, it's called extermination, and they never come back. Because of this, we will never return. If that sort of thing doesn't bother you, the rest was great.

I paid cash, and when I checked out early because the room was so unsanitary, the owners tried to refuse a refund for the unused nights. Only about a third of the AC blew air, and the rest was so filthy that air couldn't get through. The sink pipes poured water when the sink was used. There was a dirty washcloth in the tub, and the sheets had a 1/6/22 mark and body fluid stains. I also had to prop up the refrigerator to get the door open.
