We found it easy to get around from this central location, with good restaurants and cafes right nearby. The front desk service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and did a lot to make us comfortable. The hotel was impeccably clean. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The pool area didn't feel safe for minors. There was no lifeguard supervising, and the jacuzzi was always full of kids despite the sign saying children under 16 weren't allowed. There was no order, so don't leave your kids alone there. The rooms were supposed to be professionally cleaned, but when I called for room service the front desk asked if I was sure I wanted the room cleaned again, even though I was sure. I also asked for a replacement coffee maker, but they said they didn't have any more and pointed me to the fresh coffee at breakfast, which is more like tea coffee.

The convenient location made it easy to get around, and both the staff and the well-kept, comfortable room made for a relaxing, pleasant stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

No noise from other guests at all, even with a basketball team on my floor. I travel for work a lot and sleep best here. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is hands down the best, and I've used the small business area many times. I even asked the receptionist where to buy the pillows and got directions.

Everything had been fine until our last evening, 10/11/25. Around 7:30 PM, I asked the front desk for a late checkout. The young woman immediately gave me a firm no without asking for my room number or checking whether it was possible. When I asked why, she had no explanation and was nasty. It felt dismissive and mean, and I was angry at being treated that way as a guest. That was extremely unprofessional. She needs better training or should be dismissed. In the morning, I saw just one cleaning cart and one person on our floor, a long way from our room. It seemed obvious we'd be able to stay longer, since they wouldn't get to our room anyway. As I expected, there would have been no issue if she'd been kind enough to let us. It would have helped my family a lot. I'm disappointed, and this left a bad impression. Comfort Inn should review its policy and make sure front desk staff are polite and able to explain things. If she'd explained why it wasn't possible, I would have understood. It was her manner and the way she handled it that upset me. Not a happy guest.
