The older woman working in the breakfast area was incredibly helpful. We were stuck there during the winter storm, when so much was closed, and the hotel is close to plenty of shopping and food. The mall is small, with just a handful of decent stores. The hotel itself was decent enough, but the family across the hall was loud all day. It’s now 11 p.m. and their kids are still yelling, so we can’t sleep.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I’m in the area for work. The people here are amazing, especially Ms. Dawn at the front desk. I love chatting with her each morning before checkout. She’s great at her job, has the best personality, and really cares about making sure my stay is comfortable and happy. I look forward to seeing her every time.

I had a good experience overall, and every interaction I had with staff was great. People who complain about them must be hateful or rude, because I had no problems with the staff. My ratings: cleanliness 3.5, quietness 4, lighting 4, TV 1.5, WiFi 2, staff 5, breakfast 3.5, bed 2.5. The freezer was a no. The TV was the smallest I’ve seen in 7 years of working on the road. Internet wasn’t great, but it did work somewhat. WSA 314.

I’ve been staying here for years when I come to visit family, and I’m glad I keep choosing it. Everyone is friendly and so nice, the rooms are great, and breakfast is always good. I haven’t found a better place.
