The TV only had one channel, and there were a couple of random things behind the TV stand. There’s also a hole in the wall where it looks like a doorknob gets slammed into it. The elevator floor was really sticky and needs mopping. My biggest concern is that the elevator safety paper expired a year ago. They need to keep up with that, it’s a serious safety issue.

It’s decent for a short stay, and the location’s convenient for stores and food. Take pictures, though, because they’ll keep your deposit for things you didn’t do and then make up another reason. The manager is moody, and staff depend on who you get. They inspect rooms like they have a warrant, don’t like long stays, and ask for a $100 deposit. Yet our room had broken and stained everything. Breakfast isn’t what it used to be. There’s one laundry room for four floors, and it was broken the whole month and a half we were there. The hot tub and pool are always broken, same as when we came years ago. They don’t like long-term guests using the Super app for good prices because they want $100 a night. Walls are thin, so you hear everyone talking and screaming about their baby daddy and kids. The rooms are meant to be non-smoking, but the weed smell is everywhere and nobody cares. They charge the deposit and extra for every pet. Motels charge like you’re in Vegas now, with spotless rooms and staff who leave you alone until you need service, as long as you pay. Those are the ones with all the “traffic”.

The staff were incredibly kind and gave us a refund. That was the only good part. Half the rooms are marked dangerous, and the whole hotel is falling apart. The hall and room smelled like cat urine, and there was mold in the AC. The food area floor was so sticky our shoes stuck to it. The bathroom light didn’t work, and the switch looked unsafe. We booked partly because of the pool shown online, but only found out when we arrived that it was closed. If you care about your health, safety, and money, don’t stay here. This place needs to be demolished.

I canceled my reservation right away after reading the previous review. I wouldn’t stay somewhere that had been condemned in any way. Their canned response only gave me more reason to avoid it. A responsible business owner would explain the problems and say they’re fixing them.

I stayed here two years ago and it wasn’t this bad. Never again. My 82 year old mother has trouble walking, and I’d requested an ADA or handicap room on the first floor. The woman saw my elderly mother but said we couldn’t get an ADA room because I had a pet, my 14 year old, 12 pound blind dog who is an ESA. She asked whether she could use a shower with a small step. I didn’t realize we’d be put on the second floor at the opposite end. The hallways stank of marijuana, outside smelled like sewage, and the stairwell smelled like an unclean kennel. The rugs were sticky, there was black mold on ceilings and windows, and tobacco flakes in the sheets that I honestly thought were dead bugs. Breakfast had rotting apples and bananas, no syrup for the waffles, and most things like cream cheese and jelly came in little plastic cups. I couldn’t tell if anything was expired. Coffee was running low and very weak. At checkout the woman said she just works there and couldn’t do anything. Stay clear of this place.
