Angela at the front desk was very accommodating, and the hotel is conveniently located near town and the fairgrounds with plenty of parking. I stayed for the weekend and had a great time. The room was comfortable, with a soft mattress and enough pillows and blankets. The heat was easy to adjust. They’ve freshened up the interior, including new tile floors in one room and a new front desk.

We got in late, but the key was waiting for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk folks were very pleasant. The walls are a bit thin, though, since I could hear Gramps snoring next door!

Janice at the front desk was so nice, and it was great chatting with her in the morning. The beds were really comfortable. I’d recommend staying here when you’re traveling.

The rooms are large and have their own distinctive feel. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, both good and bad, and considering the location, this is a good place to stay in Haines.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and nice. They welcome pets, including cats. Rooms are large, a bit dated, but clean.
