I first stayed here a couple of years ago over Valentine’s Day weekend, when a jacuzzi suite was $115 from Friday night through Sunday morning with a promotion. I enjoyed that visit. I’m back for a week in a regular room, and it still seems much the same: clean room, good service, clean sheets, no bugs or odd smells, and a quiet neighborhood. The black lights overhead seem like they might help check that the sheets are clean, compared with places that don’t clean them. The week-to-week rate is steep, though. I asked one day and was told $330, then came back the next day and it had risen to $360. Maybe that could make sense for a jacuzzi suite, but not a regular room. Otherwise, everything seems great. I’d recommend it for a week or two.

A really nice place for an extended stay. It’s clean, quiet, and accommodating, with no drama or weird people around. The owners are friendly and polite, and they’re doing their best. We feel lucky to be here. Thanks for this place, guys. Definitely recommend Haltom Inn! 🤗😁😁

We were grateful to find a decently clean room and a well-lit parking lot when we were in a bind for the night. The area felt safer than some of the other places we tried. For a cheap hotel, it was a little on the expensive side, but it got the job done. There was a bit of a smell in the room, and the beds were very firm with thin pillows. It was also kind of awkward that the black light revealed some sort of palm tree scenery on the wall.

The room had several practical problems. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom when turned on, and the double room had just one set of towels for two beds. The towels were rough and very thin. The pillows were flat, thin, and barely there. The lighting was harsh, with bright cool-white overhead lights and no lamp or reading light. Management was also extremely rude and intrusive. I won’t stay here again or recommend this motel to anyone I know.

We came to town to see family and checked in late at night. The room was very clean, with no smells or bugs that we noticed. We planned on staying two nights, but will probably have to head back to Ohio early. For the price, you can’t beat it, and we’d stay here again without worries. I saw the negative reviews and don’t understand what they were complaining about. I spent 16 years in the military and slept in some really bad hotels. This one wasn’t bad.
