Courtyard by Marriott Hamilton

Check-in was the quickest I can remember, and everything felt smooth and professional. The room was clean and well kept, too. Had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott and would come back without hesitation.

I booked because I’m loyal to Marriott, but I’d suggest looking in Butler County or Cincinnati instead. When I checked in, I was told just ten minutes before the hot water shut off that it wouldn’t be available that night, and nobody offered an alternative. The problems carried on the next morning: my room hadn’t been cleaned, and the towels I asked the front desk for never arrived. I had to move rooms because of a strong gasoline smell, then spent the morning hearing an alarm beep in the room next door. I tried emailing the manager, but the message came back undelivered. This review is the only way I’ve managed to get Renee’s attention.

After being told my reservation was cancelled, I was charged $176.72 for a room I never used. Heather from reservations was friendly, but when I asked for the 25th, she booked me for the 23rd. I pointed out the mistake and she confirmed the cancellation, yet the charge came through on October 26th. I’d spent weeks calling from the end of September through October 9th to reach the event coordinator, whose name I think was Daniel or David. Nobody answered option 2, so I ended up speaking to Heather on line 1. This was tied to my friend’s wedding hotel block, which they also messed up several times, but I’ll leave those details for her review. One of the worst three hotel experiences I’ve had. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. Whoever’s running the place is doing it very unprofessionally.

A child with a disability deserves respect, love, education, care, and the chance to live with dignity, just like any other child. Divyang children face daily challenges, and every small step, whether holding a spoon, reading a word, or standing without support, takes patience, pain, and hope. Those victories show how much courage they have. What can hurt most is being ignored, misunderstood, or pitied. Their quiet smiles can hide plenty of dreams. Therapy, medical care, education, and emotional support can help children find strengths they may not yet know they have. Supporting them is a way of building humanity, not charity. Kindness can be quiet and still matter. Even one contribution could help pay for therapy sessions, learning tools, or daily care for a child who needs it. If you’d like to support this cause, the details are shared transparently, and a QR code is on our Bio and Profile Display Picture. There’s no obligation, just an invitation to take part. A little help can mean a lot of hope. The greatest rating may be compassion: helping a Divyang child can change their life and soften your own heart.
