Hotel One75

With Colgate out of session, both the hotel and the community were very quiet, and we had a pleasant stay. We were welcomed with a friendly glass of wine and got helpful restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was better than at most similar hotels, with delicious Greek yogurt, milk and soy milk, juices, bagels, muffins, and a wide cereal selection.

The rooms were super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We got complimentary beer and wine at check-in, too. It's close to Colgate, SUNY Morrisville, and some great coffee shops. We'll add this to our list of favorite hotels.

The courtyard is nice, though it can get busy and loud at night when people hang out there. If you turn in early and your windows face it, the noise may bother you. We could hear it, and it was hard to fall asleep, but management seemed good at shutting things down around 10 p.m. We weren't disturbed during the night and would definitely stay again. Great location, and the property is very clean, updated, and well maintained.

Cute, clean interior, and it looks like the place was renovated recently. The beds were incredibly comfy and the blackout curtains were the best. There weren't many pillows, though, but I still got lovely shut-eye. Our room wasn't cleaned on the second day, even though we were gone from 10:30 in the morning until 9 at night. Unbelievable. The front desk staff were very sweet and got us towels quickly. Cute spot, if a bit overpriced.
