For a work trip to Hammond, IN, I chose the Comfort Inn and was glad I did. It was quiet and relaxing, with a very clean room and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of choices, too. A dependable option for business travel.

I've been here for more than 30 nights, and the rooms and rates have been right for me. Since it's just off the interstate, it fills up at night. Staff are regularly taking care of things, and the service and cleaning have been excellent every time. I've never had a dirty room or a problem they weren't ready to handle. Breakfast is always good and starts early.

The only thing that let the stay down was the flooring. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while, and the vinyl needed a proper mop. Otherwise, I loved it. The area is quiet and has everything you need nearby, breakfast is great, and the staff are helpful and nice.

The front desk girl was friendly, and the AC worked well, but the room smelled like weed when we came in with our daughter. The sheets and pillowcases didn't seem clean, though I couldn't tell if they were stained or just unwashed. It was an expensive room and should have been cleaner.

Breakfast was fresh and had lots of choices. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It was a very quiet motel, and I enjoyed the stay. I'd come back.
