The staff were friendly, and everything in the room worked as it should. The rooms are a little older, though not bad. If you need to get into the Fitness Center before 6am, the front desk can accommodate you. I’d stay here again.

Parking was easy, the location was good, and the staff were friendly. The room itself was another story: it felt incredibly outdated, and everything seemed old, stained, and gross. I accidentally booked a smoking room without realizing those still existed. The smell hit me as soon as I walked in, and I couldn’t stay more than a minute. Luckily, a very friendly front desk agent switched me to a non-smoking room right away. During the stay, the fire alarm went off twice for no reason, including once in the middle of the night for more than five minutes. The tub drain was so clogged that water collected in it every time I showered.

I’d heard negative things about this place from another military member whose relative had worked here, but I was on a casual trip and wanted to see for myself. Unfortunately, the feedback was right. The halls had a lingering smell of smoke and mothballs, and my room didn’t seem properly cleaned. The staff came across as lazy and uninterested, and the hotel felt neglected and poorly managed. Breakfast was disappointing too: the food tasted old, the area was messy, and the workers seemed unbothered. If cleanliness, good service, or decent food matter to you, I’d look elsewhere.

The property looks older, but the staff were amazing, very nice, friendly, and accommodating. They served breakfast for guests, though I didn’t have any. I’d stay there again.
