My stay was horrid. The room needed a deep renovation and cleaning, and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. There was no heat, even though it was 15 degrees that night. I went to the front desk three times, but nobody was there, and two calls with messages got no response. I’d booked and paid for the room on Dec 4 2025. At checkout, the guy at the desk called the owner, who had a smug attitude and didn’t apologize. Later, someone told me the heat was controlled by the air conditioning unit. There was a wall thermostat, but neither the booking staff nor any sign explained how to control the heat.

We needed someone to come fix the hot water. The jacuzzi in our room also had an eerie feeling, so I’m giving it four stars.

The “manager” was the most disrespectful, heinous, and shady man I’ve ever dealt with. He promised my next stay would be better, then, after I’d packed and traveled all the way to the hotel, said there was nothing he could do. That ruined my vacation, and now I’m heading back home. The hotel was foul and disgusting. The jacuzzi tub had chunks that looked like skin, and there was hair in the shower. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The pool was great, and the location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the south end of Hampton beach. It’s an old motel with dated rooms, but it’s clean and comfortable. This was our second stay, and we’ll definitely come back.

The room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. We were traveling as a family, and the pool was just the right size; the hot tub was a lovely way to relax after a long day. It was a great value for the area, and I’d recommend it.
