Mari-Anne Motel

I’d book the same room again. I liked the layout, and although the floors could use a thorough scrub, the cleanliness was acceptable. The bedding smelled amazing, maybe like Gain. There are a few things that could improve the room: the drywall by the shower head needs repair, there’s a dipped spot in the flooring between the two rooms, and some ceiling tiles are broken. Headboards and two curtains per window would be nice additions too. We stayed on the Epping Ave side.

The bathroom was the best part, bright and well laid out, with plenty of towels. The mini fridge and TV were up to date, and the grounds were decent. The efficiency rooms have been refreshed with modern touches, but some surfaces feel bubbled, like a veneer. The bed felt like old springs over cracked wood. For a weekly stay it’s moderately priced, though the place needs more day-to-day upkeep. Overall, a nice spot in a Kronos location.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a comfortable, clean room, and the boardwalk was an easy walk from the motel. We had a great stay.

It was quiet and felt safe, and I loved that it was pet friendly. The location was convenient for walking to Hampton beach, places to eat, and shopping plazas. I loved staying here and would come back!
