The Landing at Hampton Marina, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The meals were delicious, beautifully prepared, and much better than I usually expect from hotel dining. My room was also exceptionally clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. The attention to detail really made a difference. The Landing Hotel in Hampton is a beautiful property with stunning views that made the stay feel relaxing and special. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and clearly cared about guests feeling looked after. It exceeded my expectations, and I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Hampton area.

Bull Island Brewery was my favorite nearby spot. The Landing is close to everything while still feeling relaxing. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I felt valued as a guest and would gladly stay again.

Good evening. I wanted to give the front desk team a stellar review for the weekend of Feb 6th-8th. My daughter got married that weekend, and almost all our guests stayed at the hotel. We had a wonderful time. Though checkout was on the 8th, quite a few of us extended to the 9th so we could watch the Super Bowl locally. We chose to do that at your hotel largely because of the excellent service. Attonayo Branch answered all our questions and was incredibly friendly and helpful. We spent the evening at the bar, where one of our guests left a very expensive coat. The next day, Attonayo went out of his way to find me in the lobby and return it, knowing it belonged to someone in our group. That showed honesty and integrity you don’t find at every hotel. Ruth, Lamonica and Jennifer also helped us. They were exceptionally helpful and patient while our kids kept visiting the snack and soda area and charging things to our room. I can’t say enough about Attonayo and the team. They made a hectic, chaotic wedding weekend feel more peaceful and relaxed. I appreciate them, and you should too as their employer. :)

This was my second stay. Staff were kind and personable, and they dealt with problems quickly. The lobby scent diffuser smelled great. Thanks for sorting things out. On my first visit, I had my infant with me and loud music near the pool was an issue. I should’ve been told before accepting the room. After we’d settled in and cleaned everything, changing rooms at 9pm would have been a hassle. Before unpacking on my second visit, I checked the room with a UV light and found a suspicious fluid spot beside the bed. A kind staff member came and cleaned the area with bleach and hot water. I hope the cleaning team regularly cleans the pleather area around the beds. I wish hotels would use proper bathroom doors. Odors spread through the whole room instead of staying in the bathroom, and the shower fixtures were trash.
