We stayed in the off-season and had a really nice time. The condo was quiet and clean, and the oceanfront view was wonderful. The neighborhood felt safe too.

We rented through Harris and loved the classic New England-style building. There’s parking in back, an elevator, and a private balcony. The place is right on the strip, with lovely ocean views and an easy walk to Sea Shell Stage. Fireworks on Wednesdays and the 4th of July are a fun bonus! 🤗

Sitting on the balcony with a drink and watching the people and cars move along the strip was a great way to relax. The condos are beautiful, with awesome views and a terrific spot right on Hampton Beach, NH.

Sea Spray Condos was a lovely place for our birthday weekend this year. My husband brings me to Hampton Beach for it every year, around June 18. Jen the owner was excellent, and the ocean view was awesome. Everything was so clean!

I booked a condo on Vrbo for a month, but it had already been rented to someone through another site. The listing was still up on Vrbo. It took weeks and four claims before the money was returned to my card. Keep the record showing the OWNER cancelled, not the renter. I’m glad I printed mine, so I wasn’t held responsible.
