The manager, Darnell Smith, made this stay feel especially relaxing. He greeted us warmly, checked that the room was what we expected, and was quick and upbeat whenever I needed help. His attention and care, along with the team's, made the visit memorable. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back or recommend the hotel.

The non-smoking casino was a lot of fun, with new games, good lighting, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere. My wife and I stayed this past week and found the room comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. There are good dining choices in the hotel and nearby. Our Casino Host Mr. Stephen Baek and the rest of the staff were professional and clearly took pride in their work. This is a must stay and due when visiting Hanover, MD.

David's restaurant was so good. I ordered both a turkey club and spaghetti to save for later, and loved it all. The room was clean and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time. Our friends did too. I hated leaving, but we're looking forward to coming back.

We came to visit family, but the graduation traffic made getting to the hotel and lobby a nightmare. Police directed traffic away, our family couldn't reach us, and once we left we couldn't return until the graduations were over. The rooms also need a refresh. The furniture is chipped and banged up. They seem to try to keep things clean, but everything feels worn and tired.

The casino floor is massive, clean, and lively, with thousands of slots, plenty of table games, a poker room, and high-limit areas that feel exclusive. I had some nice slot wins, and enjoyed the live entertainment vibe at Center Stage. Staff were professional and friendly, and the free self-park garage was easy to use. For gaming, entertainment, and a good stay nearby, this is the spot. Can't wait to return. Huzzah to Live!
