Hilton Atlanta Airport

This place feels well used and average, though the room was cheap for a Hilton. The shower tile was cracked and turning green in one spot, and the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. Yes, really. It needs renewal.

We'd been Hilton Honors members for over 10 years and were aghast at the hostility we received. After a ground travel stoppage on January 3 disrupted our plans, we arrived at this hotel around 3:30 AM. We had a reservation, but our travel was unpredictable and interrupted. We'd been awake for nearly 24 hours after an exhausting trip and just wanted to get to bed. The night clerk was incredibly rude, repeatedly saying she was in the middle of her night audit. Our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't used the mobile check-in app, but we were on a flight back into the U.S. and couldn't make a phone call. After we got a room key and asked about parking, she rolled her eyes and sighed sharply at us as though we were a nuisance. I reached out to Hilton and still haven't heard from this property's management. The lack of hospitality was appalling. Hospitality obviously isn't part of their repertoire.

The room felt like sleeping on a cloud, with silky sheets fit for even the princess and the pea. After a late-night trip to the Hilton following a tumultuous travel day, I enjoyed my cheese platter and giant cookie in bed, then watched jumanji and slept soundly. I felt like royalty. Breakfast was a letdown, though. The fruit was mushy and the cereal wasn't much better. I've had better baby food. There was only one server, but she was satisfactory. If you visit, skip the fruit.

Corey and Ms.Essence made sure everything was just right during my stay. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, and took the time to answer every question with care. Their warm welcome made the whole experience even better. I couldn't have asked for better hosts. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely book again.
