The front desk lady gets five stars for customer service, but this is easily my least favorite Marriott property I’ve stayed at. I didn’t feel safe and didn’t sleep at all. The deadbolt wouldn’t lock, and when I arrived the door was slightly ajar. Maybe someone had just been there and left it open for me, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I wasn’t secure. The air conditioner was right outside my room, and when it started, it made the wall beside my bed vibrate hard. I can’t recommend this location. There are lots of other options nearby. I’ve learned Residence Inn isn’t for me. I’d rather stay somewhere where everyone has to pass through a lobby, often with security guards there, which eases the worry that someone who shouldn’t be there could approach your room.

After a really long drive, Rosie at the front desk and her bubbly personality were just what I needed. We shared pictures of our fur babies, and she showed me photos of hers too. She was an absolute delight, and I’ll stay here again just for her. 👍

The rooms were immaculate, and the front desk staff were kind and professional. Rosey and Paula went above and beyond when I left a personal item behind, saving it for me at the front desk. I’m grateful for their kindness and awesome service!

The two bedroom, two bathroom setup worked perfectly for us. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the airport was very close. The one downside was that the shuttle didn’t start until 7am.

Ann and the rest of the team were outstanding and helpful, making for an excellent stay. Highly recommended.
