Circle City Inn

I refused to stay in the filthy room and left straight away, but they still said there’d be no refund. At check-in around 11 PM, everything seemed fine. When I came back at 2 AM, someone else was already in my room. Then they gave me an uncleaned room that smelled like a sewer, with stained bedding and dust everywhere. The whole place stank. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, with careless staff and no respect for customers. This place is a total scam. Don’t waste your time or money. Sleeping in your car would be better.

We didn’t stay and asked for our money back, but the staff member we spoke to said he couldn’t process a refund. On arrival, we were first assigned a room that already had someone in it, which made us question how the place was managed. They moved us to another room, but it was dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being described as a “smoky room.” I can’t imagine sleeping comfortably there. The whole experience was unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The family who runs this motel were friendly and helpful. It was quiet at night, the rooms were spacious, and getting to it from the freeway was easy. Most rooms have updated floors and showers.

The towels need replacing, they look dirty. I also forgot some shampoo and conditioner I’d just bought, but they wouldn’t let me go back to get them. The guy said he’d call me, and never did.
