Budget Inn Williamsville

We found cockroaches crawling around the room, and when we raised it, management and staff got really rude about the criticism. At first the place seemed welcoming, with friendly staff and rooms that looked nice. I knew not to expect much for the price, but I didn't expect to share a room with cockroaches.

The room was spotless, and the employees were really friendly and helpful. The one letdown was that we arrived so late for check-in that our smoking room had been rented to someone else. We'd definitely come back next time we're in the area.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was decent and mostly clean. It had both a fridge and a microwave. Check-in took a long time despite having a reservation. The location is handy for food and shopping, and Niagara Falls is less than an hour away. For what the rooms should cost, these are a little pricey.

I'm very happy with my new residence! Registration was pleasant, with no delays, and the attendants were friendly. The reception has coffee and a place to sit while you wait your turn. My room is fairly spacious and looks and smells clean. There's a TV, microwave, small coffee maker, refrigerator, and a little table with a chair, which is a big plus for eating. The mattress is very comfortable, and the bed sits high off the floor. I'd recommend this place for its price, location, and cleanliness.
