Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wilson

The room was clean, roomy, and laid out well, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. I liked having a fridge with a freezer and a microwave for snacks and leftovers, and the bathroom was clean and convenient, with a shower and tub combo. The location was hard to beat, close to what I needed and surrounded by dining and shopping. It was a good mix of comfort, convenience, and value. I’d stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting a reliable, well-kept place in a great spot.

The men working the evening shift were nice, but the daytime guy wasn’t. I heard him chewing out an employee, then as I was rolling my bags out, he came around the corner and yelled, “You leaving?” I just said yes. I was even afraid to ask him to walk around the counter so I could get a copy of my folio. If he was having a bad day, he shouldn’t have taken it out on guests. The room was very basic, though clean, and there wasn’t anywhere to charge my phone. The building is pretty rundown, and breakfast had very few choices.

The back entrance wouldn’t lock, and there were a few shady looking cars and people hanging around, especially in the back lot in the evening. Still, I felt safe because there are cameras on the property. The room was very clean, the heating and cooling unit was quiet, and the TV was easy to use. The cleaning crew were very friendly. I’d definitely stay there again.

My crew stayed three nights and we were very pleased. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The motel is a bit older and they’re doing some upgrades, but the beds were spotless and we had lots of clean towels. The ladies who clean deserve a raise.
