Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisburg-Hershey North

Breakfast was hot every morning. The juice machine was broken, so they put each juice option in the mini fridge instead. At check-in they even offered my wife candy. The current team is doing a spectacular job under the new management. Our room was immaculate, and housekeeping did a great job when we requested service during our nine-day stay. They even left us swans. We'll absolutely stay here again, even if it's only once a year for those nine days.

The area was peaceful and relaxing, and the hotel seems to have been recently remodeled, which gives it an appealing look. I liked the modern new style in both the room and lobby. It was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a visit to Hershey. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of choices and everything kept stocked. A nice place to stay, well worth it. I'll definitely be back.

Cleanliness was awful, and the TV didn't work properly. We also found the breakfast disappointing. Each floor had a different unpleasant smell when the elevator opened, and an annoying beep kept sounding in the lobby the whole time. At check-in, the desk person had to call someone else because they didn't speak English. The shower bottles were empty of both shampoo and conditioner. Calls to the desk went unanswered; when I went down, the person said he didn't have the key to get more and took supplies from another room. He said housekeeping would replace them the next day, but they didn't, even after we asked. Housekeeping also came in without knocking. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at, and it needs a lot of work before I'd consider returning.

Under new management, you can really feel the difference. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, the beds really comfortable, and the atmosphere calm and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with lots to choose from. You can tell they care about guests and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. It was one of our best stays. Highly recommend if you're traveling through. 10/10. We stayed at the Comfort Inn & Sultes, and it was an amazing experience.
