We had a few little room issues, but the staff were accommodating. For our anniversary, we were allowed to come in early and decorate ourselves if we didn't pay for their decorating service. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine at check-in, and the shower was spacious. If you're using the hot tub, bring something to clean the jets, and maybe an extra pillow or head support. I'd also bring a Roku stick or another device for TV entertainment. The Korean bbq & hot pot place near the hotel is really good. Keep a positive attitude and focus on your time together, and you can have a lovely stay with your partner.

The beds were comfortable, and we felt relaxed and at home in the clean, beautiful rooms. The hot tubs were a highlight, and the two head showers are worth trying if you haven't experienced one. We brought some special friends for a little getaway, and the front desk took a picture of all of us when I asked. They gave us bottles of wine as an extra treat. We came back with our friends a week later, this time for two nights. A must stay if you haven't been.

The rooms are super clean and even prettier in person than the photos. They let me check in a few hours early so I could decorate for my Fiancé's birthday, and he loved it. My daughter has cancer and loves hello kitty, so they gave me a free hello kitty key chain for her. I almost cried. We'll definitely be back.

The room was nothing like the photos, more like ordering a juicy burger and getting a pile of slop. It looked old, and my tub was dirty enough that I filled and drained it a couple of times, which killed the night's momentum. There was no hot water. They moved me to an “upgraded” room with a couch, but it looked like kirby exploded in there, and the water was still cold. When I asked for a room with hot water, they said I was the problem and was “doing to much.” They complained they had to clean the room because I needed to move, and were rude and condescending. Since neither room had hot water, I asked to return to the original one. They told me to take my money and go. After hours of back and forth, I was sent away, with no shower or chance to fill the tub, which was the main reason for the stay. My date was pissed, and the whole vibe was gone. I had passed up cheaper hotels with hot tubs, and paid over $130 expecting decent customer service. I run a large multi-million-dollar retail facility nearby that sees thousands of guests a day, and service is expected there. I'll let people know about this experience in other ways too.
