The front desk was welcoming, and our room felt comfortable and roomy, like a home away from home. We had driven to PA to see Hersheypark's Candylane and my husband's mother, and StayAPT was in a handy spot for both. When traffic delayed us, Ms. Justine called to say the front office was about to close and arranged for our paperwork and keys to be left in a locked box. She asked us to return the paperwork the next morning after settling in, and she was very kind when we saw her. Everything we needed was provided, and the hotel was very clean. My family and I would stay here again on a future visit to PA. ---The Whites

We couldn't get comfortable enough to stay, so we left and found another hotel for the night. The whole place, including our room, smelled like weed, and there was literally poop on the bathroom door. People hanging around looked high. I wouldn't recommend it.

I was in Hershey PA for a conference and found this a lovely, relaxing place. Families might want to consider it. The beds and bathrooms were clean, and there was a nice kitchen.

The staff were nice, and the beds were comfortable. The building is newer and modern, which I liked, but our room was dusty, had hair on the windowsills, and crumbs all over the carpeted bedroom. I cleaned some of it myself, then asked staff to vacuum, and they did. Still, it has that sketchy motel 6 feel people mention in the reviews. Folks, including staff, were hanging around outside smoking. I wouldn't stay here again.

The accessible suite had a clean, modern interior with laminate floors and powered shades. I stayed one weekend night, and the staff were pleasant and helped with a couple of accommodations, including a later checkout. It was a nice stay and I'd recommend it. Just remember to bring your own toiletries.
