The property itself is nice, and the rooms were clean and reasonably maintained. A few small things needed attention, like missing tiles and a loose toilet seat. But the service was poor for basic needs. Most staff were curt and unfriendly, except for two. At one point, one person seemed to be handling laundry, the front desk, the bar, convenience store, coffee bar, and breakfast setup. There was no greeter, and you had to use a phone to get help. Someone in our group had carpet soaked with water in her room, and maintenance was never notified. The front desk woman was rude, asking what she was supposed to do. Around midnight she offered a room change, but said that if our group member didn't take it right then, nothing would be done. Tired from traveling, she declined. The carpet stayed wet for her entire two-day stay. I felt awful for her. They seemed unconcerned both about her comfort and the apparent water problem.

We've stayed at this Cobblestone several times, and this visit was easily our best. Robin at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. You have a real gem in her, so DO NOT LET HER GO. We travel all over ND and can choose which town to stop in, but from now on we'll stay in Harvey. Thank you, Robin!

A comfortable stay, with friendly staff and a clean, updated place. They had a snack bar, frozen pizza, and a lounge serving alcohol. Breakfast included burritos and French toast sticks.

The rooms were nice and clean, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. When we arrived, their beautiful fur baby greeted us, and we got to give it lots of hugs. We had a really good stay and will definitely come back.

The hotel was clean and nice, but the employees made this the worst experience we've ever had at a hotel or motel, and we stay at a lot of them. We arrived for breakfast around 7:00-7:05, and there were no eggs, just four pieces of ham. The coffee was cold, and nobody came to check whether the eggs or ham needed attention. When we left at 8, nothing in the breakfast area had been restocked. Another guest there at the same time said the same thing. There was also nobody around when we checked out. We wondered if the Cobblestone in Rugby would have been better. The hotel itself was nice and clean, but the employees let the experience down.
