You get what you pay for here. The pool is nice, and the lobby and rooms have been renovated, but the towels were dirty. The woman handling breakfast was really rude, too. Breakfast ends at nine; I came in and asked for water, which I could clearly see they had, and she refused to give me any. Weird.

There was no room service at all, and the shower water was cold. When I asked staff to replace the sheets or towels, their attitude was nasty. They wanted me to bring the dirty towels to the desk and pick up clean ones there, and we were given very few towels to begin with. The towels were dingy, the sheets stained, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock or close all the way, and the toilet seat didn’t fit properly. Horrible stay. I wouldn’t let my dogs stay there.

Service was pretty bad. Our room wasn’t ready at the 4 pm check-in, and the bathroom was somewhat dirty. I asked for room cleaning, but over three days nobody did it. Breakfast was poor, so we had to go elsewhere to eat.

The place was filthy, and the area felt scary. People yelled and talked loudly for most of the night. The door was out of alignment, its latch was broken, and the deadbolt wouldn’t catch, so I barricaded it. I called the front desk after check-in, and they said they’d look at it in the morning. Seriously? The sink faucet was cracked and loose on the surface, and the tub was dirty and cracked. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.
