My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at John’s and Lisa’s Tern Inn. It’s a convenient central base for exploring all of Cape Cod, with spotless, well-appointed rooms and cabins, plenty of parking, and lovely indoor and outdoor common areas. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.

We love this inn and are already looking forward to coming back. The hosts are gracious and caring, the grounds are beautiful, and the shared spaces are lovely and comfortable. Breakfasts are cooked individually and delicious. Rooms have thoughtful extras like a coffeemaker, bottled water, snacks, and top-of-the-line environmental toiletries. A special, elegant, comfortable place to stay on Cape Cod!

This was our fourth time here, or maybe our fifth. The location is perfect, and the innkeepers are wonderful, always offering helpful suggestions for the day. The beds are comfortable, as is the dining room and living room furniture. Breakfast is always a bit gourmet!

John and Lisa put a lot of thought into the Tern Inn, and we had the best time during our four nights there. It was quiet and clean, and they surprised us with a birthday gift. Each morning brought a delicious specialty breakfast item along with the usual breakfast essentials. We enjoyed borrowing the bikes to ride to the Rail Trail. The beach was a beautiful, easy 15-minute walk away. Would highly recommend!
