Millennium inn

We waited until almost 5 before the room was finally ready, even though check-in was at 3. They'd said we could arrive at 1, but when we showed up early with nowhere else to go, they told us four different times that it would be another 30 minutes. At 3, they said the rooms still weren't clean. It was a terrible experience, and I'd never stay there again. I'd reserved a nonsmoking room, but the smell inside was awful, like an ashtray. There was a ball of long hair on the bed, the floor by the bathroom was oily and slick, and the comforter had cigarette burns. The manager was nice and helpful, and moved us to another room that was better, but still not good. It had no remote and a used roll of toilet paper. The rooms are very outdated, and I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. I wouldn't recommend it.

Our room was a clean Jacuzzi suite, with no bugs or dirt anywhere, and the bed was comfortable. The fridge didn't work, but we didn't need it. Breakfast was good too. We had a good stay and would come back.

The staff were kind, but the rooms my family stayed in weren't worth the visit. In both rooms, the carpet was poor quality and covered most of the floor. They sent me pictures of towels after wiping their feet on it, and the towels looked like that after walking on the carpet. The AC was broken in the first room, so they moved to one with working AC but a broken door. There are no refunds, and they spent nearly $400 for four nights. I appreciate the staff being nice, but the room quality was subpar. My family was in town, so I decided to stay here. Don't.

The customer service was very friendly, but I wouldn't recommend staying more than a night. I was there just one night and already regretted it. The top lock on our room was broken, the carpet was stained everywhere, and there were a couple of roaches in the dining area. Some of the furniture had mold, and each bed had only two pillows. The beds barely looked cleaned. The smell was awful, the lights barely worked, and the bathroom light kept flickering. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages.
