We were lucky to find this place for a Valentine’s weekend in the area. A roomy suite at an affordable price, along with lots of good reviews, sounded promising, and it lived up to that. Cleanliness is non-negotiable for me, and the room was spotless. There were thoughtful touches throughout: a white noise machine in the bedroom, handy outlets beside the couch, and a trunk of board games and cards in the living room, along with the microwave, Keurig, and fridge. The lake is across the street, and we also popped into the lovely gift shop. We highly recommend it.

Room 5 was comfortable, clean, well kept, and well stocked, and my sister and I both slept well all three nights. We were in town for a family celebration, and the communication about our stay was excellent from beginning to end. The location is convenient, with a beautiful lake view. I appreciated having a Keurig, and the tap water tasted good for drinking. We enjoyed our visit and hope to come back one day.

We had a lovely walk along the shore and got to enjoy the lake up close. It was also nice being able to see it from the room. The place felt so cozy and clean, with a large room and comfortable beds. Already looking forward to coming back 🥰

The staff were great, and our large, clean room looked out over the lake. The price is hard to beat, and there’s a great ice cream stand right behind the place, which was a nice bonus.

East Shore Lodging made a great base for exploring. Lake Wallenpaupack is right across the street, with a nature trail nearby, and restaurants and a grocery store just a short drive away. It’s also convenient for getting to Poconos hiking trails and other small lakes. Our room was huge, clean, and comfortable, with a seating area and table. I’d definitely recommend it and can’t wait to visit again.
