Del Aire Inn LAX

For a short stay, this was a great affordable little place. The two ladies at the front desk were sweet and really helpful, and they let me check in early, which was great. I’m very pleased and would recommend it 10 out of 10.

Omar was a great guy, really friendly. We stayed in room 217, which was super clean. The AC worked great and the heat was perfect. Amazing experience and prices. I’m visiting from Texas and will be back. Thank you, Omar 🇺🇸

I only needed somewhere to sleep after locking myself out of home at 1 am, with nearby hotels booked because of a show at SoFi. They charged $120. When I handed over my card, they asked if I had cash. I said no, and they pointed me to the ATM. I asked if they didn’t take cards; they said they did but “prefer cash.” Then they acted like the card reader wasn’t working, but eventually gave up and charged my card. The rooms were extremely basic, but I just needed a bed. I can’t say if I was unlucky, but the sounds I heard made it seem like a brothel. I never want to hear that again. I checked out after two hours.

Roaches were all over the place. When I reported it, the woman said, “oh it’s hot outside that’s why.” They moved me to a different room, but that one had roaches too. When I told the girl, she called me a liar and said they wouldn’t give me any kind of compensation. They don’t care about customers, just seem like a bunch of money hungry kids working there. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
