We checked in Monday night, 11/24, and left Tuesday, 11/25. The room was very neat, clean, and tidy. The shower had three different shampoos, the TV worked as expected, and there were lots of channels to watch. I had an excellent shower, with water at a great temperature whether hot or cold, and slept incredibly well. The clerk gave us our room number quickly and explained check-in and check-out times clearly. Staff were professional, responsible, and serious about their jobs. They also take care of customers when they ask for room numbers, lunch, breakfast, and dinner. It was an awesome experience at a spectacular place.

The staff handled a large soccer team staying at the hotel with real kindness. They reminded the girls to keep the noise down without being rude or harsh. Our room was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated because we travel often and not every hotel keeps rooms this clean. The evening front desk gentleman was friendly and greeted us with a smile, which made the place feel welcoming. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d happily give it five stars and recommend it for casual trips or business.

I’ve been here a few times, and each stay has been pleasant. The rooms are clean, with nice showers, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchens. Front desk staff are great, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

At the same price, you could stay much nearer the desirable “bridge crossings” area. The rooms need serious work, with problems in the shower, toilet, and pretty much everything else. I’m not sure if it was just where my room was, but live music started very early, around 9am, and came right through the walls.
