The bed was clean and comfortable, and the room itself was clean, though it felt dated. Service was pretty reliable: the staff were welcoming, and they cleaned the room while I was out without taking my things. The price seemed fair for an overnight stay, and it could work for one person. I wouldn't pick it for a family with kids. Getting around the room was less pleasant. The parking area is small, and the motel sits across a wide road that's dangerous to cross. Inside, the furniture and TV were old, there was hardly any working lighting, and the bathroom walkway felt cramped. The Wi-Fi was slow and kept disconnecting, and staff told us the phone didn't work.

The owner was friendly enough, and there’s a supermarket and other services nearby. It’s a 20-minute walk to the train station. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable, so it’s fine for a short stay around Hayward or SFO, as long as you don’t need toilet facilities. Thanks for the service.

Parking is extremely cramped for the few units they rent. The beds feel like bricks, and the curtains were ripped up. The toilet seat was cracked and broken on one side, so it pinched when you sat down.

I called to ask about the pet policy and was told they only allow service dogs. I also asked whether there was a fee for service dogs. Businesses aren't allowed to charge for them under ADA regulations. That’s highly illegal, and I hope they get investigated!

The price is good and probably fair for what you get. The rooms have clearly had a recent refresh and are clean, though they’re still not in great shape. Some lights don’t work, including the bathroom vanity, and the fan is extremely loud. The staff member who checked me in wasn’t very welcoming.
