Days Inn by Wyndham Washington Court House

The rooms and sheets were clean, but parking was terrible and the place smelled like marijuana. I called three times before arriving to check whether dogs were allowed, and made it clear I had two. At check-in, I had to talk to a computer, and the signal was so poor I could barely understand him. Only then did he suddenly say my dogs weren't allowed. After some back and forth he agreed to let them stay, then charged me an extra $50. The service was extremely bad and rude. I'd give it minus ten just for that.

The bathroom sink overflow drain ran through a PVC pipe to a paper towel on the floor. My friend's room had roaches, and the rooms were dirty. Do not go here. If you end up making the mistake of staying, get food and a drink at the Rusty Tavern down the street. Absolutely phenomenal place, with great service and food.

I called about 15 more times, and the front desk guy kept answering and hanging up. Earlier, I explained I was worried because we'd been unable to reach my employee for five or six hours. I asked him to transfer me to her room, but he hung up. When I called back, he asked me to spell her name again, then said nobody by that name was staying there, despite having just told me she was checked in for another two days. He hung up again. At first, after I spelled her name, he said he could see she was checked in for two more days. I told him that couldn't be right because I'd paid for just one night with my credit card. We couldn't reach her on her phone all day, and were worried.

It was my first time checking in at a kiosk with no staff on site. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were better than average, but we found a sock and trash beside the bed. There were old cobwebs by the mirror, and the comforter had some strange stains.
