Intown Suites Extended Stay St. Louis Mo - Hazelwood

They moved me from a premium room to a basic one because the bathroom sink was leaking, but kept charging the premium rate without a discount. In the new room, the toilet seat was broken, the main door wouldn't close all the way, and the shower knob fell off while I was showering. I also found two walkie talkies after returning to the room. I'm sure the bed has bed bugs because I've been itching since I lay down. I wouldn't let my cat sleep here.

We stayed at In Town Suites from Dec 18 through Dec 25, 2025, but only spent one night in the room. We paid a $50 deposit and have gone back several times to sort out the refund, but keep getting the runaround. Corporate says the location must refund it; the hotel says Corporate has to. The room was spotless when we left, with no damage, yet we still haven't resolved it. The TV remote didn't work, and the bed was a standard full, not a queen. The front desk said we'd paid for a premium room, though their premium room is a downgrade from standard. Don't be fooled by the word premium. Animals aren't allowed unless they're service animals. This hotel doesn't refund deposits, so save yourself the stress and book somewhere else. Theirs.

I had a wonderful stay. Killian was especially helpful, professional, and welcoming. He made me feel comfortable knowing I'd have a good stay and that help was always available.

I stayed for a week in what was supposed to be a deluxe suite, which cost me a few extra dollars. There was no hot water on many days, and complaining didn't get anything fixed. The fridge was broken and my food went bad. The stove was another problem. I asked the supervisor to move me to a different room, but nothing came of it.
