Cleanliness and maintenance were major problems during our stay. In the first room, the floors were filthy, the surfaces very dusty, and the bedding had several stains. We switched to a double room at the end of the second-floor hallway, though that was a downgrade. The floor there was still dirty, with leftover food, and the lights barely worked: one flickered and the entry light was out. We switched once more to another double room and just put up with it. The heat didn’t work in any of the rooms. In the first room, only the outlet on the floor worked. The toilet made a strange noise for hours after flushing, through most of the night, and I had to fix it myself. Even the clean towels were dirty, and the chair in our room was awful. When I asked to extend the stay, I was told there were no clean rooms and I’d have to pay the deposit again. The front desk woman was rude and didn’t understand the issues. She was asleep on multiple occasions. But when I checked out, the woman at the desk was so nice. Her name was BRI, and I appreciate how understanding she was. I have videos as proof.

The hotel puts a $150 deposit on the room in case you break anything, and it’s supposed to be non-smoking. Still, there was a strange smell as soon as I walked in. I also found water stains on the ceiling in both the room and bathroom. The shower barely had hot water and drained very slowly because hair was clogging it. The carpet was so worn it had waves in it, so watch your step. After showering, walking to the other room and back left dirty-looking footprints on my feet, and I had to shower again. The TV looked like someone had punched it before, and the curtains barely closed enough to keep the neighbors from seeing in. I’d advise anyone looking for a hotel to keep going.

Amar, the manager at Comfort Inn, was a big help during my stay. He made sure I was comfortable and looked after, and his friendly manner, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out. His service made the experience even better. I highly recommend the hotel, and thank you, Amar!

Likhita made a big difference after my long trip by arranging a much earlier check-in at 4:30am, something no other place could offer. She was warm and genuinely caring with guests. I also saw her treat the truck drivers who checked in before me with patience and kindness, relaxing a few rules to make them more comfortable. She’s considerate and professional, and I really appreciate her help and service.
