Reception was friendly and helpful, and my room was very clean with all the amenities. The shower was great, though the tub felt a little slippery. I was there overnight for work and didn’t try the free breakfast or activities in town, so I can’t comment on those. The one drawback was no elevator to the upper floors. Not a deal breaker, but I’d have booked a lower floor if I’d known.

We’ve stayed in few places better than this one. The rooms are small but clean, the temperature is easy to adjust, and the bathrooms have grab bars and creatively patterned tile. Soundproofing keeps traffic and nearby construction noise to a low level. Big John’s grocery store is close, there’s a coffee shop across the street, and a restaurant is just one block away.

The room itself was very nice, with a comfy bed and separate seating area, and I’d stay again. During the day it’s noisy, though the location is good. I was on the third floor, and the stairs weren’t a problem, but an elevator would be nice. The King supreme riim had a slippery tub, so it should have a mat.

I travel a lot, and this is the only place I want to stay. The rooms are clean, the customer service is amazing and accommodating, and the delicious breakfast is included.

The room was spotless, nicely decorated and had all the conveniences, including breakfast. I was impressed by the great shower setup with three shower heads. Excellent accommodations. I’d recommend it if you’re in the Healdsburg California area.
