Garden Inn and Suites Hebbronville

The room was in very poor condition, with food scattered around and a really bad smell. The service was terrible too.

The rooms are excellent, though there are a couple of things they could improve. There’s no ice machine, and if you need help extending your stay, the hotel staff aren’t always there.

I travel all over the country and stay in hotels almost every night, and this is by far the friendliest owner and staff I’ve met. The owner checked in with me each day, making sure my needs were met, greeting me with a smile and asking how my day and stay were going. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the rates were incredibly cheap for the quality of the accommodations and service. I checked around town, so take my word for it: if you come here, don’t stay anywhere else. I rarely write reviews, but this was such a pleasant and exceptional experience that I had to tell people.

Danny, the new owner, helped with my travel plans and let me use his computer and printer. I do business in Hebronville and stayed at the Garden Inn for the first time since the ownership changed. The low rate stayed the same, and the rooms have all been newly renovated, so it was a very pleasant stay. It feels like a modern hotel for a great price, with in-wall USB and USB-C chargers and DirecTV with all the channels.
