Best Western Helena/Capitol Hotel

Our dog was welcomed, and the staff apologized a lot when they couldn’t grant my request for a ground-floor room. The manager who checked us in and the young woman who checked us out were especially sweet, polite, and friendly. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, without any fuss or silly rules. The whole hotel was spotless and smelled clean. Our room was newly renovated, cozy, and had great air conditioning that worked properly. We appreciated how quiet and clean everything was. We’ll definitely be back soon. Thanks, Best Western.

We stayed one night just off I-15. The rooms were clean and quiet, and even though the restaurant was under construction, they still offered breakfast made to order. We were told a full-service restaurant would be on site in early 2026.

Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. I’d come back, though the door latch didn’t line up and the front door didn’t seem to close properly. The included breakfast was a letdown. We went to the restaurant next door and waited 15 minutes without being greeted or asked for an order. No one acknowledged us at all. That experience left a bad impression on the whole stay. No wonder the restaurant is going out of business.

The staff were friendly and tried to meet my needs. The room worked well for a family, the price was very reasonable, and the full breakfast was excellent.
